We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site. By your continued use of our website and/or your ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should leave our website now. You must be at least 18 years old to buy goods from this site. If you are under 18, you can only use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Who are we?
Hello, we haven't really introduced ourselves yet. Splish Splosh is the trading name of Anna Haglund. I am a mother of two and I come from Sweden, where the weather is even worse (believe it or not!) than in the UK. So Swedish brands of raingear and wellies really are top quality. At present Splish Splosh is non-VAT registered.
Offer & Acceptance
Once you have placed an order we will get back to you by e-mail as soon as we can, to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability, at our discretion. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon as possible after you place your order. Once we have dispatched your goods to you we will charge you, and we will e-mail you to let you know the expected delivery date. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed at this point. We will dispatch your goods either to the address you provide us with, or in the absence of this, the address your credit card is registered to. Please note any products you ordered at the same time which we have not confirmed by e-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Prices & Stock
All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging. Details of our delivery charges are set out below. Orders must be paid for by debit/credit card only.
While we take extreme care to ensure that our stock is accurately represented on the website, you may find the goods received vary slightly in colour or design from the items viewed online. We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the goods on the site, including prices, colours and sizes.
Splish Splosh Guarantee
We hope and expect that you will be delighted with your Splish Splosh goods. If, for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return goods in good as new condition for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The 14 days begins on the day after you receive the goods. Please take care of the goods while they are in your possession, as we will want to re-sell them. Below you will find our 'Returns' policy for details of how to return goods to us.
Delivery
In our dispatch e-mail we will notify you of the expected date of delivery. Please note this is an expected date and not guaranteed. Standard delivery normally takes 3-5 working days. Should you wish to purchase Next Day Delivery, this is only available for mainland UK and on orders placed by telephone before 12 noon. For customers in the EU please allow 7-9 working days for delivery.
We will dispatch your goods either to the address you provide us with, or in the absence of this, the address your credit card is registered to. In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery, we will let you know as soon as we can and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.

Splish Splosh cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of goods to your country or location is permitted, so please check out your own import restrictions before placing an order. If you know that it would be illegal for us to sell our products in your country, please do not order items from our site.
Defective/Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of you receiving any goods which are damaged or defective, simply return them to us (as detailed below) and we will either replace the goods (or the faulty part of them) free of charge or refund you as required.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a freepost service. Postage will be at your cost, unless the goods returned are damaged or defective or we have made an error in your order, in which case we will refund your postage.
In the case of an exchange of goods, this normally constitutes a separate contract between you and Splish Splosh and delivery charges will apply as for your original purchase. We try to process returns quickly, but please allow 14 working days.
Privacy
We use your details for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing you with the best service possible. Splish Splosh will not pass your details onto third parties for any reason. We may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, telephone or e-mail.
Governing Law/Jurisdiction
This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
